Returns & Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving one.

Once you've told us you're cancelling, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

To start a return, email hello@bucklemypup.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you clear return instructions.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we've received and checked the item, normally within 14 days.

Please return the seat belt in a resaleable condition with any packaging where possible. You're welcome to open and inspect it as you would in a shop, but items that have been damaged through use beyond that may have their refund reduced.

The cost of standard return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply: goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us straight away. We'll cover the return postage and send a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery charge you paid.
