By placing an order or otherwise using this website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully and save or print a copy for your records.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full.

The 3-in-1 Dog Car Seat Belt is sold at £19.99, including VAT where applicable.

Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe. We are not responsible for card issuer fees.

Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by these terms: goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

This restraint is an aid to safety and must be attached to a well-fitted harness, never a collar.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss caused by misuse or incorrect fitting. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
